Clubhouse & Pool

Clubhouse & Pool

something for everyone

There will never be a dull moment at the community clubhouse. Be as active or relaxed as you desire. Swim some laps or work up a sweat in the fitness center. Read a book or socialize by the fireplace, hold a meeting or craft in the activity room, play a game of pool or cards.  You’ll have a full kitchen and grand room to accommodate those large dinners, family gatherings, dancing and special parties.

Central Park

a breath of fresh air

Ideally centered in the subdivision will be a 1/2 acre park, a beautiful and relaxing space for picnics, time with your pets, or just taking a nice stroll.

Shopping & Dining

you're in the mix

A night out? Special lunch? Shopping? Choices will be new, varied and stimulating as you are 1/2 mile from the hustle and bustle of Eagle Road and The Village - Idaho's largest regional shopping center.

No YARD Maintenance

go play & travel...we'll mow

The Homeowner's Association will provide full landscaping and irrigation services. You deserve it!

Meet your future neighborS!

VillaSport has plans to open an expansive athletic club unlike anything else in the Treasure Valley on an 8-acre parcel at Eagle Road and Ustick, just down the street from our community.

The plans for VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa include four indoor and outdoor swimming pools, two 26-foot-high water slides, whirlpool lounges with saunas and steam rooms, an NBA-regulation basketball court, more than 120 cardio exercise machines and more than 180 group exercise classes a week, according to an application filed with the city of Meridian.

The two-story club would also offer massages, body treatments, facials, waxing, spray tanning, manicures and pedicures. A cafe will serve meals, snacks and drinks, including alcoholic beverages.

The future Trader Joe’s will take up a 16,744 square foot portion of the old Rosauers store, also at the corner of Eagle Road and Ustick.

This will bring the number of locations for the discount grocer in the area to two – including a Downtown Boise location at the corner of Capitol Blvd. and Front St. that opened in 2014.

No date for an opening set yet – construction on the building is well underway.

Back to school!

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Boise State University is a membership-based, lifelong learning program that offers a wide variety of college-level, non-credit lectures, short courses, and special events for intellectually curious adults over 50. The best part? No homework or exams.

The Institute's offerings are presented in Fall and Spring semesters and are taught by Boise State faculty and other community experts. Courses and lectures are typically held at the Yanke Family Research Park at 220 E. Parkcenter Blvd in Boise.
